Getting serious about drug dealing...and other confessions.

...Last week was so crazy that I couldn't even think of any confessions to write about and I hated not being able to link up.

...I've got so much shit going on that I've been having trouble keeping up with it all.  Work, school starting, blog stuff, trying to make more products for my business, bills, etc.  By the end of the work day, I'm so drained out that all I do is go home, take all my clothes off and lay in bed dreading that I have to do it all over again the next day.

...After all of the hype I've been hearing about Erin Condren's planners, I finally went to see what the big deal was and now I WANT ONE!  But, being the cheap ass I am, I'm not about to pay $80 for a planner when I can make my own for free.  Say hello to my newest DIY project:

...And because I saw the cute office supplies from Kate Spade, I created and printed my own little note pad too.  Now all I need is tacky glue to keep it all together.  It was so easy to make and I saved the template so I can customize it with different images/logos/colors too.  Thinking about making coordinating stationary to go with it as well.  Hello, new Christmas gift ideas!

...I have not been working out for the past two weeks.  And I've basically been eating whatever the hell I want, so my body is not happy right now.

...That detox tea that I'd been dying to try out?  Well, I haven't been drinking it consistently so the results haven't been showing.  I'm gonna try again though and be more consistent about it to see if it does make a difference in my weight.  It kinda sucks though because it doesn't taste that great, you have to drink it warm, and you're supposed to drink it before or after a meal so I have to plan my food hole stuffing time around drinking tea.  Borrrrring.

...Trace's bill from Naval Hospital came in over the weekend and I'm FUH-REAKING OUT about it.  Like, I could buy a brand new car with that same price.  Let's just say it's less than $27,000 but more than $25,000.  Yeah, at first I thought they placed the comma a digit off, but nope.  And, that's just for one day of inpatient services.  ONE FRIKKEN DAY.  Oh yeah, and he's still got another surgery in December.  That drug dealer gig is looking better by the day.

...If it weren't against the rules, I'd totally enter my own giveaway just so I can get another one.  It's really that good.

  1. I feel you on the stress of being in school again. So far it hasn't been too bad, but there have been a lot of things on my plate that had to take a back seat because of it.
Yikes, that bill is insane! Is there anyway they can lower it or.. anything?!

  5. You have inspired me to make my own planner! I love the Erin Condren but I can't spend that much on something that will only be around for a year, I only go crazy like that on make-up or something else that won't last long.. not paper though. lol.I have been terrible on the eating front as well but I don't feel bad about it right now. It is the end of summer and I just don't have time to waste being inside. I just like to make up excuses when I am not doing things I said I would do. Plus I like to sleep. Medical bills are the worst! It should be illegal to charge that much!

  10. Goodness medical bills make me hyperventilate!

I like the look of the Erin planners...and I love the look...but I can't see myself paying that much for one, or even really using it for more than a week or two before I am bored. Yet, I still want one. WTF?

  16. Yep, doctor and hospital bills are absolutely insane!! Planners and stationery would make nice Christmas gifts. I live and die by a planner but I'll be darn if I'd pay $80 for one.
