Thanks for all the virtual hugs on yesterday's post. I'm fine, really. Sometimes when I'm really emotional (happy or sad) I like to write and just let the feelings flow. I've always been that way. Yesterday was kind of a rough day and I was extra emotional from the stress of trying to catch up on everything (work, school, home, kids, blogging, etc.) since our impromptu trip last week.
It gets overwhelming sometimes trying to handle everything, but I'm sure you all know that. It's funny sometimes how the littlest thing can make you explode when you're already pushing yourself to your maximum capacity of stress. So, today I decided to share with you a few "little things" that make me want to stab my eyes out with a spoon - even when I'm in a good mood.
-Borrowing things from me without asking.
-Driving too slow and then speeding up when I try to pass you.
-People who don't take responsibility for their actions.
-When the lead on my pencil breaks.
-Double-dipping when we're sharing.
-People who talk about stupid things so loud that you can hear them three aisles away.
-When someone steals my pen so I have to use a different pen and the ink on that pen smears all over the place because it's too runny.
-Stray dogs that bark and try to chase me down the street while I'm trying to run.
-Hitting every single red light on my way in to work.
-Finally getting home after a long day only find out my bedroom light is burnt out.
-When they forget to give me a straw in the drive thru and I don't have time to go back.
-Vending machines that refuse to take my dollar.
I know there are wayyyyyy more things that make me rage but I don't think I can fit them all on one list. What about you? What makes you rage? How do you handle your emotions when you're overwhelmed?
