A Little Pick-Me-Up Post

If you couldn't tell, I've been in a blog slump lately.  Obvs.  I feel like I have zero space in my brain for anything other than work, kids and home.  Drafting a proper blog post is not something I can manage right now, but I did want to pop in and try to pull a little motivation from this space here and hopefully get my creative blogging juices flowing again.  That being said, here are some great posts from others that have been inspiring me lately:

>>This post about planner addicts was so on point.  All my fellow planner geeks will love it too.

>>I loved Becca's post last week about Regina Brett's "Life Lessons".  It's one of those posts that makes you feel good after reading it.

>>Meagan is my spirit animal.  Her style, her words, everything.  Read her latest post on REAL love.

>>One of my favorite bloggers, Alyssa, is now a certified yoga teacher!  She's been documenting her training from the start so it's so cool that she's finally done.

>>I'll be 30 soon and this post by Nadine is really hitting home for me.  I haven't had much time to work towards my goals lately so I really need to focus on getting back on track.

What have you been up to lately?  How do you get your mojo back?

  1. There's no shame in taking a break. I took a year off from blogging when my oldest son was a senior in high school so I could help him apply to colleges and focus on his last year at home. Blogging will always be there. Put things in perspective. Take time for yourself, shut down and unplug, do whatever makes you happy and when you feel recharged you can fire those creative juices back up again.

  2. Glad you liked my post!!! It seems so many people related to how I was feeling which always is reassuring. I always like to step back and remind myself that it is never too late to do what I want and that goes for everyone!!!!

  3. It's always great to get inspiration from the wonderful world of bloggers! I'm like on-again, off-again with blogging these days. No apologies!

  4. This mojo thing is really really tough! I can totally understand where you're coming from.
